Hey Guys! This is a really quick, easy and delicious recipe! All you need is:
- Mushrooms (Portobello Mushrooms work best)
- Olive Oil or Sunflower Oil
- Cheese
- Butter
- Pesto
- Herbs/Seasoning
1. Firstly prepare the mushrooms, peel or wash them then pour oil and sprinkle some herbs on the top. |
2. Then turn them over and spread some pesto on, add some butter. |
3. Grate or slice your chosen cheese, I used a mixture of Edam and Chedder |
4. Place in an oven of about 160 - 180°C and wait Untill all the cheese has melted. |
5. Take out of the oven, season and plate up! As this was dinner we also had pasta but this can be a dish on its own aswell :) Happy Cooking! |
